Requirements for the Margin Trading.
- He/She must be minimum 10,000 shareholders of the stock.
- The net assets of the company must not be below Paid-up capital.
- Minimum dividend of the company must be 10% of last 2 Fiscal Year.
- Must be traded for at least 80% of the total trading day in last FY.
- Conducted the AGM within 6 months of the new fiscal year.
