About Company
BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a “D” microfinance company got licensed in September 2018 and started its operation from 2019. The corporate office of the company is located at Kavre, Nepal. It has 72 promoters in which 71 are individual investors and 1 is NGO BPW Patan.
The company is issuing 32.33% of total capital. It is 97,000 units which worth 97 lakhs. 5% and 10% of total offered share is set aside for mutual funds and Nepalese working in abroad.
Opening Range of BPW Laghubitta
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the recent audited Financial Statement. So, the book value of the company is Rs. 86.78. Hence, the opening range is Rs. 86.78 to Rs. 260.34.
Mega Capital Ltd is the issue manager for the IPO. ICRA Nepal has given BB- rating to the company.
