About Company
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower is a hydropower public ltd company. It was incorporated on August 11, 2011, as a private limited company and latter, it was converted to a public ltd company on January 28, 2015. After converting into public ltd, it got opportunity to process for IPO. The company has capacity of 0.998-MW electricity generating. The project is located in the Dolakha district, Madhesh Province of Nepal.
Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the company. The book value of the company is Rs. 159.67 as per the FY 2078/79. So the opening range is Rs. 159.67 to Rs. 479.01.
The share will be listed in NEPSE after allotment of the share to general investor. NMB ltd is the Issue manager for the IPO issue.
