New Republic Media was established in August 2008 as Private Ltd was later converted to Nepal Republic Media Ltd in June 2021. The company was founded by Mr. Binod Raj Gyawali. Similarly, Mr. Binod Raj Gyawali is the chairman of the company.
The paid-up capital of the company will be Rs.96.75 crore after IPO.

The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the recent audited financial statement. So, the book value of the company is Rs. 84.47. So, the opening range of the company will be Rs.84.47 to Rs. 253.35
