Agricultural Development bank (ADBL) is an ‘A’ class commercial bank of Nepal. Dividend History of Agricultural Development bank (ADBL).
The Bank is only bank or company of Nepal which has issued Preference Capital Share. It got licensed of ‘A’ class commercial bank of Nepal in 2006 from Nepal Rastra Bank. It is one of the bank in which major share is held by Nepal Government.

Total Dividend: 21.05%
Last year, bank distributed 21.05% in which 20% is bonus share and 1.05% cash dividend for tax purpose.

In FY 2069-070, Company distributed 31.58% dividend in which all the dividend is cash dividend. Once, company had issued right share of 50% of FY 2071/072.
