The corporate head office of Bank is located in Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu, Nepal . The Bank was awarded as ” the best bank of Nepal ” in 2010. They are serving the country by providing best financial services.
The company is good at distributing bonus share and cash dividend to it’s shareholder. They have distributed 10% to 35% dividend every year for shareholder.

In 2067-28, BOKL had distributed 34.75% dividend that is 18% bonus share and 16.75% cash dividend. Similarly, in FY 2068/69, Company distributed 21.32% bonus share and 5% cash dividend for tax purpose. In total, it distributed 26.32% dividend.
The company has maintain the capital by distributing bonus share and they have not issued right share till date.
