The project Mathillo Mailun Khola Jalvidhyut is built in BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) mechanism and located at Rasuwa district of Nepal.
Company issuing 15,00,000 unit shares to general public.
Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends up on the book value of the company. So, the book value of the company is Rs. 96.14 as per the fiscal year 2078/79. Hence, the opening range will be Rs. 96.14 to Rs. 288.42.
Sanima Capital Ltd is the issue manager for issuing IPO to the general public. Similarly, company got BB- for issuing IPO form ICRA Nepal.
