Upper Lohare Hydropower Company Ltd is a public ltd hydropower which was established in 10th November 2017. The project is a run-of-the-river type project with an installed capacity of 4MW.
The company is issuing 49% of the paid-up capital to the general public. From here, 10% is allocated for local people and remaining 39% is for Nepalese working in foreign land and general investor of Nepal.
The share holding will be 51% to 49% after IPO.
