Vision Lumbini Urja Company Ltd is a Hydropower company in Nepal. It was private company when it was founder. Later, the company was converted into public ltd company and it is issuing IPO to general Public. It is located at Machhapuchchhre rural municipality of Kaski District, Gandaki Province of Nepal. The company has 25 MW electricity generating capacity.
Mukithan Capital Ltd is the issue manager for the IPO.
The opening range of the company depend upon the book value of the company. So the audited book value of the company is Rs. 121.78. Hence, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 121.78 to Rs. 365.34.
The issued capital of the company is Rs. 1.91 Arba of which 10% i.e. 19,12,500 unit shares worth Rs. 19.12 Crores have been allocated to project-affected locals of Kaski District. Similarly, the more 10% is issuing for generla public and Nepalese working in Foreign Land.
