About Company
Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company ltd is a hydropower company which was established in 18th December 2000 as private company and later converted into public company. The project is constructed under the BOOT (Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer) mechanism. Similarly, the project has the capacity of 4.41 MW electricity producing capacity and is located at Kaski District, Nepal.
The company has already started to produce electricity for commercial purpose.
Opening Range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the company. So, the opening range of the company as per the FY 2078/79, is Rs. 120.41. Hence, the opening range will be Rs. 120.41 to Rs. 361.23.
Siddhartha Capital Ltd is the issue manger and ICRA Nepal has given BBB- for issuing IPO to the general public.
The company is planning to issue shares for Rs. 116 per share (Rs 100 face value + Rs 16 premium price). The IPO will be issuing for General public, employees, mutual funds, and Nepalese working in foreign land.
