Manakamana Engineering Hydropower ltd is a public ltd hydropower company which was established in 18th July 2010. The company is promoted and run by individual promoters having experience in hydropower. The project is located at Dolakha district of Nepal by utilizing the available head and flow from Ghatte Khola (river).
Electricity generating capacity of the company is 5MW.
The shareholding will be 65:35 of promoter share to public holing share after IPO. The company is issing 28 lakhs unkts of share which is worth Rs. 28 crore.
Opening range
The opening range of the company depends upon the book value of the company. The book value of the company is Rs. 74 as per the FY 2078/79. So, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 74 to Rs. 222.
The share will be traded after listed in NEPSE.
The Issue manager for issuing IPO to the general public is BOK Capital Market ltd. Similarly, the company has given BB rating for issuing IPO.
