About Company
Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company Limited was established in 2015 in Kathmandu. The company has 18MW electricity producing capacity. It helps more than 1000 households. The total cost of the project is Rs. 1.90 arba in which cost per megawatt is Rs. 19.84 crore.
The Company is diluting 49% of the company. 10% is allocated for project affected people and remaining 39% is for general public including Nepalese working in foreign land.

Opening Range of Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company
The Opening Range of the company depend upon the book value of the company. So, the book value of the company is Rs. 98.43. Hence, the opening range of the company is Rs. 98.43 to Rs. 295.29.
The issue manager is Prabhu Capital Ltd. The Care Rating Nepal has given BBB- rating to the company.
The Share of the company will be listed in nepse after allotment.
